Before making changes, print out what you have in case you make a mistake

To give internal and external callers different Hunt or Forward No Answer, add CLS CFTA

New prompts are added to your TN with CLS CFTA:

HUNT: nnnn - The DN where internal calls should ring upon busy

EHT: nnnn - The DN where external calls should ring upon busy

FDN: nnnn - The DN where internal calls should ring upon no answer

EFD: nnnn - The DN where external calls should ring upon no answer

Your DN must be MARP on your TN

Option:  Give Internal Callers a Busy Signal, but External Callers a Hunt number:

• If Analog: Set HUNT to equal your own DN.
• If Digital: Set HUNT 000 and LHK 0
• Set EHT to equal the desired Hunt number.
