Answer
Before making changes, print out what you have in case you make a mistake

Scenario:

• You want to change the number of rings before Forward No Answer occurs.
• You want some phones to ring more or fewer times than other phones before Forward No Answer occurs.

This is done by modifying the Customer Data Blocks RDR_DATA section below and the phone TNs RCO value.  They are linked to each other.  You can chose from 3 predefined "Number of Ring" values.

Example using values below:  

• Normal calls to a TN with RCO 1 will ring 5 times before FDN takes place.
• Trunk calls from a Route with DRNG=YES  to a TN with RCO 1 will ring 6 times before FDN takes place.
